All content and materials provided by Job-Box Marketing, including but not limited to crm, logos, designs, text, graphics, and images, are the intellectual property of the Company and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may not use, modify, reproduce, or distribute any of our intellectual property without prior written consent.

4. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information shared during the course of the services. This includes, but is not limited to, business strategies, client information, and trade secrets.

5. Payment Terms

Payment for our services is due as outlined in our invoice. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of services.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Job-Box Marketing be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to our services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time with written notice. Upon termination, you agree to cease using our services and return any materials or property belonging to Job-Box Marketing.

8. Governing Law

11. Amendment: Lead Generation Guarantee

Job-Box Marketing offers a lead generation guarantee to clients who engage in advertising services with a minimum ad spend of $1000. Under this guarantee, if the client does not receive a minimum of 10 qualified leads within 30 days of the campaign launch, Job-Box Marketing will provide additional services at no extra cost to improve lead generation efforts. This guarantee is subject to the client meeting all requirements and conditions specified in the advertising agreement.

Please note that the terms of this lead generation guarantee may be subject to further conditions and limitations as outlined in the advertising agreement between Job-Box Marketing and the client.
